Sorry I’ve been MIA for a while. We moved… it was a whole thing! Lol

As most of you know, we have been designing and building our dream home for the past 2 years. It has been a great adventure and we are now, VERY happily, living in our new home. It truly is a dream come true.

There is a lot that goes on with moving houses, especially with building a new one and it didn’t leave a lot of time for this ol’ blog here. Actually I should say, this NEW blog here 🙂 I’m really rolling with this fresh start, in all aspects of my life. New house, new website, homeschooling and a more rested Jen. All good things!

Our new home includes a custom studio for Jen Isackson Photography. It really has been so perfect to shoot in, with the large windows and beautiful filtered light. I couldn’t be happier with my space. Furniture shortages have made it challenging to get some pieces in, but eventually it will be fully decorated. I am looking forward to an Open House in September, for locals to come see the studio. Now that we are settled I am doing all my planning for the remainder of the year and am so excited for what lies ahead. For those who are newer around here, I provide a variety of photography services for the Lloydminster and surrounding areas. These include Maternity, Newborn, Milestone and Family Sessions. I also offer Branding Photography for small businesses and 1:1 newborn mentorships for photographers. I mainly shoot indoors, with the exception being golden hour fall family photos and branding sessions, that request outdoors. The beauty of my NEW studio is that I can work rain or shine, (or snow) without dealing with the elements.

I have bookings available through the summer still but if you want to get in for the fall, book in soon, as things get pretty busy after summer holidays are over. My Golden Hour Sessions go out to PERKS Members first, for booking. There are only 8 spots for these so sign up for the PERKS emails here (scroll to the bottom of the page if you miss the pop up)!
