It was so awesome to be able to photograph this family on their own property!

If you live on a beautiful spot of land, we can definitely arrange a golden hour session there. When you enquire to book for next year, mention your location and that you’d like a travel shoot. There is a fee for distances greater than 30km from my studio in Lloydminster AB. This price will change based on current gas prices and distance of travel, so a quote will be given at the time of your inquiry.

Take a look at your property and watch where the sun sets (in the late summer). I am looking for the sun to be behind you when I shoot these sessions. Check the west side of your property for beautiful spots with gardens, trees, valleys, ponds. It can be fields of crops with hills in the distance. Use google maps to help you with direction and there are some cool sunset apps that can tell you exactly where the sun will set on different days of the year, based on your gps coordinates. I use the app Sun Seeker when I am scoping out new locations.
