The time is here for the perfect sunset photo sessions!

The best time of year for golden hour sessions is in early fall. The world around us is still beautiful green, turning to yellows, oranges and reds, as the weeks progress. Many ask why I don’t do them through the summer and that is entirely due to the fact that the sun doesn’t set till after 10pm! We need to wait for the days to shorten, in order to have a reasonable session time, for the little ones. Spring has similar sunset times to the fall, but the world around us is still brown and dead from a long, long winter.

This means that you need to take advantage of this limited window of time, in order to get these golden family photos.
