This family returned again for another year of Golden Hour photos. The girls have grown so much and I just loved Mom’s idea for the pumpkin head shot.
I just love when clients become friends. It brings me joy to see this crew at church, on a weekly basis. It is an honour to capture their family memories.
Remember when it was still fall? I can’t believe we made it to January 6th without snow sticking on the ground. That was mind blowing lol. I will forever remember 2023 as the longest autumn of my life. I could live with that kind of weather every year 🙂
With all this beautiful fall weather, I haven’t yet blogged the rest of the Golden Hour Sessions!
My dear friend recently welcomed a baby girl to their family. It was an honour to welcome and photograph her second daughter more than 9 years later. Big sis was one of the first babies I ever photographed. It seems fitting, upon JIP’s 9th Anniversary, to share this session.
This fall I had the pleasure of being “in” on such a fun surprise. My golden hour family clients came and asked me to photograph Mama so as not to show her baby bump. They were keeping the pregnancy a secret from their family, so they could show up one day and surprise them with a new grandbaby. I thought this was incredible, especially considering they saw their extended family DAILY!!!
It already seems like it has been winter FOREVER! It first snowed 41 days ago… lol, yes I am counting. Mostly counting down the days till I escape to Mexico, and back into the sunshine we all crave so much.
Claim your Black Friday deal TODAY, until November 30th, 2022. These MINI session are not offered throughout the year so grab one now, to be used anytime before Dec 31, 2023.
This year I had so many Cowboy’s bring their families for sunset sessions. It was an honour to capture their memories. Being a big city girl myself (only lived in Edmonton and Calgary before Lloydminster), I love to hear about farm life and how their young children live so wild + free! It is secretly what I wished for my children (even though I am allergic to all animals and nature LOL).
It has only been winter for 2 weeks and I am already done with it! Who else misses the stunning sunsets, warm air and late nights?
These were definitely the 3 sweetest girls ever! I can’t get enough of these darling images.
If you live on a beautiful spot of land, we can definitely arrange a golden hour session there. When you enquire to book for next year, mention your location and that you’d like a travel shoot.
