I had the incredible opportunity to photograph a beach session on Prince Edward Island! If you have never been there, I highly recommend making the trip. It is such a unique place, filled with beautiful coastline sights.

My husband surprised me with this couples trip for my birthday. As soon as I found out, I went hunting for a photographer that could capture us, while we were on our trip. This led me to a wonderful new friendship with Brittany Aylward Photography.

Not only did she take great photos of my husband and I, but we also did a switch and I photographed her family. Of course we had to go to Thunder Cove Beach for this shoot. I have always wanted to go here. The weather was super UNcooperative lol but we made it work, getting blasted by sand in the high winds. We were able to find a sheltered spot to capture some magic. Some very quick magic, cause it was cold and the tide was coming in more every minute.

I wish we had been able to explore more and capture more scenes along the beach but it started raining and it was our last night on the island before travelling home. It would be so cool to live here always.
